The Mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters is to serve Lancaster County children by offering opportunities for professionally supported One-to-One® mentoring relationships with qualified volunteers. Each relationship will assist the Little Brother or Sister to become a confident, competent and caring individual.

Meet Our F&M Partnership Caseworker!
Rachel Sipe has lived in Lancaster County most of her life.  She attended
Manheim Central High School and graduated from Millersville University
with a degree in Psychology.  She is looking forward to working with the F&M community to create meaningful mentoring relationships.

Come join in the fun!  The F&M community is cordially invited to join
Big Brothers Big Sisters in creating one-to-one relationships with local children.  The School District of Lancaster has partnered with F&M and BBBS for
the past 7 years to form long-lasting friendships and create an awesome impact on the Lancaster City community. With just an hour a week, you can make a difference that will last a lifetime.  Help your community today by contacting
Rachel to learn more about becoming a Big!

F&M Students:  First year students can participate in our After-School Mentoring Programs
at either Carter MacRae Elementary or Buchanan Elementary.  Sophomores and Juniors can
participate in our traditional Community-Based Mentoring Program.  Call Rachel to learn
more about how you can get involved.  Rachel holds office hours at The Ware Institute for Civic Engagement, located on the 2nd floor of the Steinman College Center, Wednesday and
Thursday afternoons from 1:00-5:00pm.  Feel free to stop by anytime or contact her
at our Main Office, 717-397-7567.

Current Matches: For a list of upcoming events, please visit our website homepage.  If you'd like a complimentary membership for you & your Little to The North Museum (also valid at The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia), or other free tickets available, please contact Cheri Crounse, 717-397-7567.
